Best Western Zachary Inn, Zachary

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was convenient, close to food options, and very peaceful, just as we needed. The rooms, despite being clean and comfortable, had a musty odor that was a downside. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff always ready to help. The dining experience was excellent, with a variety of delicious breakfast options that exceeded our expectations.

The service was excellent, with very friendly and accommodating staff, although I felt like they set the alarm clock intentionally. The location was just what I needed, close to restaurants and shopping. The dining experience was decent, with fresh and tasty options, but I felt the rooms needed some deodorizing. Overall, it was a good value for the money.

The service, on the other hand, had a major letdown with an extremely horrible and nasty attitude towards paying customers, even going as far as setting an alarm clock intentionally. However, there were redeeming qualities with amazing and accommodating staff. The location was exceptional, situated in a nice, clean, and pleasant area close to food and a grocery store. As for dining, the breakfast options were limited to blueberry muffins, fruit, and a granola bar, needing improvement to meet expectations.
